That's the provocative conclusion recently reached by researchers at Duke University. Through a series of experiments, the scientists found that having one healthy option can ironically make you more likely to pick out the worst food possible for you.

That's the motivation behind the YMCA of Middle Tennessee's new Healthy Habits initiative. Starting this month, the Y will begin the process of transforming its wellness centers, program sites and other locations into places where living healthy can become a lifelong habit.
